Today, as we placed an offer on a new home, I'm reminded of nearly 3 years ago to the day that we bought our condo. It was the first place that we owned and I was so scared. It seemed like such a huge decision. It turned out to be a great decision, we have loved living in our "cozy" downtown abode. We're close to lots of bars, restaurants, and shops not to mention just a short walk to work.I'm going to miss our first home (especially while I'm on the bus on my way to work!). But I'm sure our next home will be full of happy memories too!

You know what I'm going to miss about your condo?
The interesting view out the front window. Something tells me the view won't be quite as interesting from your new house.
But that's probably a good thing.
